With the use of our high reach soft washing lance with brush attachment, we are able to clean render and other exterior surfaces up to 3 storeys high.

 

Over time, exterior surfaces gradually build up a layer of biofilm, which can be a combination of algae, moss, lichen and various other micro-organisms which make surfaces look unappealing, stained and dirty.

 

Soft Washing is a effective cleaning method using low pressure and specialised solutions to safely remove mildew, bacteria, algae and other organic staining from exterior surfaces such as render, cladding, brickwork, painted surfaces and walls, roofing, patios, tarmac, decking etc.

 

We are fully trained City & Guilds assured Softwash Technicians and are experienced in the use of biocide in the safe removal of organic staining on exterior surfaces.

 

All the products we use are HSE approved. We have a variety of chemical products to remove organic staining from render and painted walls.

• Benz Lightning Cleanze: This powerful softwash biocide rapidly removes black, red, green and yellow staining – caused by algae, lichen, fungi, moss and mould – from render, roofs, paths, upvc, & cladding.

 

• GK Pro: GK Pro the easy way to remove algae and all other bacterial staining from hard surfaces. The application of GK Pro take a period of several months to break down the organic staining but also ensures long lasting effects to prevent the re-growth of organic material on exterior surfaces such as render.

 

• SafewashUK, which is a non-hazardous, non-corrosive, biodegradable and environmentally friendly product used to clean all types of exterior surfaces. Safe around: Pets, wildlife, ponds and water courses.
